Ingredients
1sliceNature's Own Keto Bread(see Notes)
2eggs
2TBnon fat cottage cheese
¼tspdried thyme
1pinchsalt
fresh-ground black pepper
Instructions
Put bread in the toaster.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, cottage cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper to taste. Scramble with a fork.
Spray a small frying pan with cooking oil, and set it on the stove at medium. When the pan is heated, add the egg mixture.
Stir with a spatula until the eggs are cooked the way you like them. Coax them into a toast-sized square shape towards the end of cooking.
Serve the eggs on the toast and enjoy!
