Easy to prepare and very tasty, fish wraps are so good for you and so low-calorie.

Ingredients
½pieceLavash bread
1pouchtuna or salmon(any flavor that appeals to you)
2TBsugar free sweet relish(I like Mt. Olive or Vlasic)
1TByellow mustard(optional)
pepper(to taste)
For the salmon only
scant ¼tspsalt
Instructions
Put the tuna or salmon in a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork until well combined.
Spread on the lavash bread.
Gently but as tightly as you can, roll up the wrap. I serve it in a bowl instead of on a plate because I find a bowl catches the drips better. But you do you.

I calculated the estimated nutrition numbers for the tuna variation, but salmon is the same calories and similar nutrition values.
