Are you looking for an easy treat that won’t throw your weight loss off-track? I’ve got good news for you! Chobani Flip Greek yogurts are delicious and fairly low-calorie. They do include added sugar, so if that’s not your thing I apologize. But for me, these are the only food with added sugar that I eat, so it’s not that big of a deal.
