Wet Ingredients
¼cupalmond milk(unsweetened)
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
In a microwave-safe cereal bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients and whisk with a fork until there are no more lumps.
Microwave on high until the center is set, about 1 minute. (Watch out - the bowl will be hot.)
Let cool for 5 minutes and dig in!

The above is just the basic recipe, and on its own is pretty good, but with any of the below low-calorie add-ins you can make this dessert into something really special.Added to dry ingredients:
1 TB cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder) (10 calories) - you'll also need to add 2 more TB of almond milk (10 calories) and double the microwave time...
1 tsp Keto sprinkles (5 calories) - sprinkle on top before baking and you get FUNFETTI!!!
2 TB canned whipped cream (20 calories)
2 TB zero calorie syrup
So, for example, you could add the chocolate chips to the basic recipe and it would come to just 143 calories.Or if you have it in your calorie budget, and you want an really satisfying dessert, add the cacao powder, the chocolate chips, and use chocolate protein powder. All that comes to just 160 calories but tastes very decadent - it's reminiscent of a chocolate lava cake!
