In praise of PB2 Pure peanut butter powder


Do you like the flavor of peanut butter but not the calories? PB2 Pure is for you. It is finely powdered peanuts (a peanut flour) with 90% of the fat removed, and you can add it to anything.

Add it to my chocolate or vanilla pudding snack, or my low-calorie breakfast smoothie for a taste explosion. Add it to my low calorie chocolate or vanilla cakes! You even can add it to chicken dishes to make a peanut sauce for many fewer calories.

Peanut butter is awesome, but it doesn’t always fit into my calorie budget for the day. PB2 Pure is 1/3 the calories of regular peanut butter – only 10 calories for a teaspoon, and it is very richly flavored so a teaspoon is usually enough for one serving. You can even add it to water to create a peanut butter-like spread that tastes great on a low calorie Wasa cracker. With fewer calories than peanut butter, PB2 Pure is a fantastic weight loss tool.

Be sure sure to get the ‘Pure’ version as it has no added sugar or salt – it’s exclusively peanuts. I just had some mixed into my low-calorie pudding snack and it was sooo good.
