Most mornings I have my low-calorie smoothie for breakfast, but sometimes I crave something hot. It’s cold out, and today is one of those mornings. So I scrambled up a couple of eggs with my secret, high-protein ingredient and seasoned them with thyme. Quick, delicious, and so filling!
Eggs are filling and beneficial for weight loss due to their high protein content, which promotes a sense of fullness and helps control appetite, reducing overall calorie intake. Also, they’re a nutritious source of essential nutrients and can support muscle maintenance during weight loss, further enhancing their weight management benefits.
The secret ingredient, delicious fat-free cottage cheese, is a low-calorie and high-protein option that provides essential nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin B12, making it a healthy choice to reduce your calorie and fat intake.
