You already know I love EZ Sweetz sucralose sweetener, but I don’t cook or bake with it. For cooking and baking I like zero calorie Swerve erythritol and allulose sweetener. It comes in several forms: granulated (like table sugar), powdered (like confectioner’s sugar), and brown, and each works very well for baking.
It replaces sugar 1:1, so if your recipe calls for a cup of sugar, just use a cup of Swerve – no math!
