After gastric sleeve surgery the goal is to get 60-80g of protein per day, but that can be tricky when you’re in the full liquids phase and get tired of drinking protein shakes and my chicken bone broth. My doctor lets you have pudding in the full liquid stage because it melts in your mouth, but if your doctor wants you to wait until purées for pudding, please do that.
